By accessing and using TradelyBox ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our algorithmic trading platform, including all features, tools, and services provided by TradelyBox Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

TradelyBox provides:

• Algorithmic trading strategy development tools
• Backtesting and simulation capabilities
• Market data analysis and visualization
• Trading signal generation and notifications
• Educational resources and community features

Our platform is designed for educational and research purposes. All trading strategies and signals are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial advice.

As a user of TradelyBox, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not share your account access with unauthorized parties
• Respect intellectual property rights of the platform and other users
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit platform vulnerabilities
• Report any suspected security breaches or unauthorized access

• Past performance does not guarantee future results

• You may lose some or all of your invested capital

TradelyBox provides tools and educational resources but does not provide investment advice. All trading decisions are your sole responsibility.

All content, features, and functionality of TradelyBox, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software, are owned by TradelyBox Inc. and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission
• Use our trademarks or logos without explicit authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on our platform

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. TradelyBox may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Technical difficulties or server issues
• Force majeure events beyond our control
• Security incidents requiring immediate action

We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible and work to minimize any service disruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradelyBox Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Trading losses or missed opportunities
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Data loss or corruption
• Business interruption
• System downtime or technical failures

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will be immediately revoked
• You must cease all use of our services and tools
• Certain provisions of these terms will survive termination
• We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications at least 30 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
